Preparing your message

For purchases, quote the order number and checkout email. For shipments, also give the tracking number when available. Photographs or video help explain damage, defects, wrong goods or missing parts. Privacy requests should explain the information or right concerned, and may require verification of identity.

Busy trading periods, holidays and investigations involving outside providers can affect reply times. Do not include full card numbers, card security codes, passwords or one-time verification codes in normal email.
