Understanding the two stages

Orders normally spend 1–2 business days in preparation after a successful payment authorization. After dispatch, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Allow for both stages; the estimates exclude weekends and applicable holidays and are not guaranteed delivery appointments.

Confirming delivery details

Check that your destination, street, unit and postal information are complete before submitting checkout. That checkout also identifies available delivery service and its charge. A tracking reference can precede the carrier's first visible scan.

If delivery goes wrong

Contact wiwekusa78@gmail.com about delayed or lost shipments, a delivered status without receipt, or transit damage. Provide the order number, checkout email and tracking details, keeping the packaging and photographs needed to explain damage.
