Tell us about a problem

Damage, defects, wrong goods, missing components and material misdescription qualify for review when reported within 30 calendar days after delivery. This is the period for applying, not a requirement that returned goods arrive within it.

Arrange approval first

Email wiwekusa78@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, explanation and relevant photos or video. Save the packaging and parts until review is complete. No goods should be returned before approval; we will supply precise return instructions and the correct address. The correspondence address should not be treated as the return warehouse.

Outcome of the review

Available inventory and the review outcome govern exchanges and replacements. For an approved refund, initiation to the original payment method occurs within 10 calendar days. Additional bank, card or payment-service posting time is outside that initiation period.

Personal preferences

We do not voluntarily accept returns simply for changing one's mind, preference, an incorrectly selected size or option, or no reason. All consumer protections that law prevents us from excluding remain intact.
