Do I have to buy a mixed pack?

No. Single Bottles offers separately selectable sizes and styles that can be added individually. Other products labelled as packs keep their specified bottle counts.

How long should delivery take?

Expect 1–2 business days of preparation after authorization, plus an estimated 4–6 business days in transit following dispatch. Delivery availability and fees appear before checkout submission; see the Shipping Policy.

What if the order contains a problem item?

Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery, retain packaging and include images and order details. Wait for return approval. An approved original-method refund is initiated within 10 calendar days; provider posting can take extra time. The Refund Policy explains eligibility.

What about changing my mind?

A voluntary return for preference, mistaken choice or no reason is unavailable, but mandatory statutory rights are preserved.
